A portion of the fee is required upon initiation of the search, which will be deducted from the total fee upon successful placement. You are given exclusivity of candidates and your search will be made a priority. This search option is considered a favored option for clients who prefer a partnership experience with our firm.
MetroSearch
A hybrid option for clients with multiple needs over an extended period of time. This type of search offers priority service with reduced costs per hire.
