Account Executive – Exhibits, Events, Environments

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and client satisfaction within experiential marketing. This position involves cultivating and managing client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and delivering innovative exhibit and event solutions. As an integral part of the sales team, the Account Executive will collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution, from concept to completion. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in exceeding sales targets within the exhibit and event industry. This role demands a creative and solutions-oriented approach to address clients’ marketing objectives and elevate their brand presence at events. The Account Executive will navigate the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and will contribute to the overall success and reputation of the company in the events and exhibitions space.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients to understand their brand, marketing goals, and vision for trade show experiences.

Solution Selling: Collaborate with clients to develop customized trade show booth designs and experiential marketing solutions that align with their brand identity and objectives.

Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, upselling to existing clients, and achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Provide clients with insights and recommendations for maximizing their presence at trade shows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the design, production, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables.

Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build a strong professional network and generate leads.


  • Proven success in B2B sales, particularly in selling trade show booths or experiential marketing solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the trade show industry and experiential marketing trends.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with a strategic and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
