Account Executive – Folding Cartons

The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while driving revenue growth through consultative selling and strategic account management. This role requires a self-motivated and customer-focused professional with a proven track record in folding carton sales and a passion for delivering value-added solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target prospective clients within the folding carton industry, including manufacturers, brands, and retailers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at client organizations, understanding their unique needs, challenges, and priorities.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution-based sales consultations, leveraging product knowledge and industry expertise to recommend customized folding carton solutions that address client objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and customer service, to develop and deliver innovative packaging solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes, effectively communicating the value proposition and differentiators of our folding carton products and services.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Monitor sales pipeline activity, track key performance metrics, and provide regular updates and forecasts to sales management.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our folding carton solutions and build brand awareness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling folding cartons or related packaging solutions.
• Strong knowledge of folding carton manufacturing processes, materials, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understand customer needs, and drive results.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and urgency.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
