Account Executive/Sr. Account Executive – Trade Shows/Events
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue through proactive prospecting and full-cycle sales of custom trade show exhibits, branded environments, and experiential solutions. This role requires someone who can identify new opportunities, build long-term relationships, and manage projects from initial outreach through post-show follow-up. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the trade show industry and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:

Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across key industries and verticals

Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal development to closing and ongoing client communication

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact

Collaborate with internal design, estimating, and project management teams to develop and execute customized exhibit solutions

Lead presentations, pitch meetings, and strategic planning sessions with prospective and existing clients

Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, trade show schedules, and competitive positioning

Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to represent the company and drive new business
Requirements:

5–10+ years of experience in trade shows, experiential marketing, or custom fabrication sales

Proven track record of success in full-cycle sales, from lead generation to account management

Strong understanding of trade show exhibit design, production processes, and logistics

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable with CRM tools and sales tracking systems

Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events
Compensation:
-
Base Salary: $75,000-100,000 (depending on experience)

Commission: Uncapped Commissions
