Account Executive/Sr. Account Executive – Trade Shows/Events

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue through proactive prospecting and full-cycle sales of custom trade show exhibits, branded environments, and experiential solutions. This role requires someone who can identify new opportunities, build long-term relationships, and manage projects from initial outreach through post-show follow-up. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the trade show industry and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across key industries and verticals

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal development to closing and ongoing client communication

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact

  • Collaborate with internal design, estimating, and project management teams to develop and execute customized exhibit solutions

  • Lead presentations, pitch meetings, and strategic planning sessions with prospective and existing clients

  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, trade show schedules, and competitive positioning

  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to represent the company and drive new business


Requirements:

  • 5–10+ years of experience in trade shows, experiential marketing, or custom fabrication sales

  • Proven track record of success in full-cycle sales, from lead generation to account management

  • Strong understanding of trade show exhibit design, production processes, and logistics

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable with CRM tools and sales tracking systems

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events


Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $75,000-100,000 (depending on experience)

  • Commission: Uncapped Commissions
