Account Manager – Commercial Print

As an Account Manager, you will be a key liaison between clients and internal teams. Your primary responsibility will be to understand client needs, manage projects from concept to completion, and ensure the delivery of high-quality visual communication and print materials. This role demands a proactive and organized individual with a strong background in account management within the visual communications and print industry.


  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their visual communication and print needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop creative solutions, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of visual communication and print projects, including print collateral, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Work closely with internal design and production teams to ensure projects are executed seamlessly and meet client expectations.
  • Provide regular updates and communication to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional visual communication and print services.


  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in visual communications and print.
  • Strong understanding of print production processes, materials, and design principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Client-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in account management for visual communications and print.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
