Client Manager – Commercial Remodel Projects
The Client Manager will oversee commercial remodel projects from planning through completion. This role requires strong project management, client communication, and budgeting skills, with the ability to coordinate all aspects of construction to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables
- Lead teams of subcontractors and vendors
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Prepare estimates, track costs, and manage invoicing
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to building codes
- Conduct site visits and manage project documentation
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in construction project management (remodels, repairs, rollouts)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in construction software (Bluebeam or similar)
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple projects
- Willingness to travel for client site visits as needed
- This is an office-based position – must be able to commute to the Columbus, OH area 5 days/week
