Installation Manager – Signage

The Installation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of custom exterior sign installations in the Mid-Atlantic region. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in sign installation, project management, and team coordination. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and flawless execution of projects, adhering to safety standards, and maintaining exceptional quality in all installations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate self-performing installation crews to achieve high performance standards.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute custom exterior sign installations according to project specifications and timelines.
  • Implement and uphold rigorous quality control standards for custom exterior sign installations.
  • Conduct thorough site surveys.
  • Manage inventory and equipment to ensure availability for scheduled installations, including fleet maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in custom exterior sign installation, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of custom sign materials, installation techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead installation crews effectively.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes related to sign installations.
  • Willingness to travel within the Mid-Atlantic region as needed.
