National Account Executive – Facilities Maintenace

The National Account Executive will be responsible for developing new business by building relationships with key decisions makers to end-user accounts such as Retail, Restaurant, Banking, Healthcare, Hospitality, Multifamily, Senior Living, Commercial and other related verticals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop lead list and utilize current rolodex and/or cold-call to contact decision makers in Facilities and Construction Departments.
  • Collaborate with the client and internal teams to design and present comprehensive facilities maintenance solutions that address specific client needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both the client and the company.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of services.
  • Attend industry Tradeshows
  • Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales of any of the following FM services: Electrical, Lighting, Signage, HVAC, Paint, Plumbing, Snow, LED, Handyman, Doors, Glass, Fire, Security, Pest Control, Waste, Janitorial.
  • Direct experience calling on multi-unit, multi-site clientele in Retail, Restaurants, etc.
  • Experience covering a territory of 10+ states and willingness to travel nationally.
  • Self-driven and tenacious.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume role.
  • Excellent written, verbal and time management skills.
