National Account Manager – Facilities Services
Position Overview:
The National Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of national property management clients, such as CBRE, JLL, BGIS, and Cushman & Wakefield. This role focuses on account growth, retention, and client satisfaction—no direct people management is required. The ideal candidate will bring strong FM service knowledge, relationship management skills, and a proactive approach to client engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national accounts
- Manage day-to-day client communications and service delivery
- Lead monthly client calls and facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive additional revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of services
- Address client concerns promptly and ensures ongoing customer satisfaction
- Track KPIs, service performance, and provide regular reporting to clients
- Travel as needed to attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and support relationship growth
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing national accounts in the facilities maintenance or related FM services industry
- Experience working with property management clients such as CBRE, JLL, BGIS, or Cushman & Wakefield
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
- Comfortable leading virtual meetings and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Must reside in Eastern or Central Time Zone
- Willingness to travel up to 25–30% as required
