National Account Sales
National Account Sales – Menu Boards, Signage & Millwork
The National Account Sales Representative will focus on developing new business and growing relationships with QSR brands and franchisees across the country. This role involves driving sales of custom signage, menu boards, drive-through systems, millwork, and interior/exterior décor. You will take a consultative approach to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their branding and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify and target prospective QSR clients, including franchise groups and corporate offices.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Present tailored solutions for signage, menu boards, drive-through systems, millwork, and décor that align with client goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.
- Partner with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within accounts.
- Market Insights and Trends:
- Stay informed on industry trends, client challenges, and emerging technologies to position the company as an innovative partner.
- Monitor competitors and develop strategies to differentiate offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably selling custom signage, menu boards, millwork, or related products to QSR clients.
- Strong understanding of the QSR industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a successful sales strategy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills to oversee multiple client accounts and deliverables.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Willingness to travel nationally for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with QSR franchisees or corporate teams.
- Knowledge of design and manufacturing processes related to signage and millwork.
