National Account Sales – Print/Graphics

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Account Sales Executive to drive sales with large-format print and graphic solutions. Primary targets will be retail, restaurants, QSRs, grocery stores, c-stores or related markets. The National Account Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and achieving revenue targets through strategic account management and consultative selling. This role requires a self-motivated and customer-focused professional with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the retail industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target key clients nationwide. (Retail, Restaurant, QSR, grocery, c-store, banks/financial institutions, universities, higher education or related institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at retail organizations.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution-based sales consultations, leveraging product knowledge and industry expertise to recommend customized large format print and graphics solutions that address client objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes, effectively communicating the value proposition and differentiators of our products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and customer service, to develop and deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Monitor sales pipeline activity, track key performance metrics, and provide regular updates and forecasts to sales management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our large format print and graphics solutions and build brand awareness.
  • Travel nationally as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling commercial print
  • Strong knowledge of large format printing processes, materials, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understand customer needs, and drive results.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and urgency.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
