National Sales – Wholesale – Signage/Graphics

As a National Sales Executive, you will be a key player in expanding market presence and driving revenue growth. This role involves proactively identifying and engaging clients who are sign shops, commercial printers, and end users selling specialty graphics and installation services. A successful candidate will build and nurture relationships while establishing the company as a trusted partner in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and Identify Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients who are sign shop and commercial printers for installation services and end users for specialty graphics. Develop a strategic approach to engage and build relationships with key decision-makers.

Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive business development initiatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. Cultivate a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and industry events.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continuously seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Use insights to develop targeted sales strategies and positioning.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align strategies, optimize processes, and ensure seamless execution of client deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development and sales, particularly within wholesale, printing, signage, or 6+ years in B2B sales
  • Strong understanding of the sign shop and commercial printing market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
