Operations Manager – Facilities Maintenance

The Operations Manager oversees the delivery of facilities services across multiple contracts, ensuring exceptional customer service for various teams. They manage key accounts, advocate for customer needs within the organization to maintain quality standards and foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to drive new and repeat business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer communications, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Oversee account performance, track key metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure processes meet quality standards and support profitability.
  • Collaborate with accounting to address billing and account status concerns.
  • Lead solution development to align with customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in facilities management, client services, or account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
