Project Manager – Signage/Graphics

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage the execution of signage and graphics projects from inception to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a proactive and organized professional with a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of the signage and graphics industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple signage and graphics projects simultaneously, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and project requirements, providing expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including design, production, and installation, to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality deliverables.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and any potential issues to clients and stakeholders, maintaining transparency and managing expectations.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and services, negotiating with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys as needed to assess project requirements and ensure proper execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members, promoting collaboration and a positive work environment.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including financial summaries, performance metrics, and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the signage and graphics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of signage and graphics production processes, materials, and industry standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally as needed for site visits and client meetings.
