Project Manager – Signage

The Project Manager will be instrumental in guaranteeing the seamless implementation of national sign programs, overseeing the entire process from initiation to conclusion. This role demands an energetic professional with robust project management expertise, a comprehensive knowledge of the signage industry, and the proficiency to foster effective collaboration with both subcontractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client specifications.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Coordinate logistics, permits, and other site-specific considerations to facilitate successful installations.
  • Monitor project costs and expenses, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the signage industry or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of sign manufacturing, installation processes, and service requirements.
  • Experience working with a multi-site, multi-state client base
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent written, verbal and time management skills.
