Regional Account Executive – Janitorial

The Account Executive will be at the forefront of the growth strategy, engaging with businesses in the territory to understand their unique commercial cleaning needs and offering tailored solutions. This role requires a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the commercial janitorial industry.


  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the territory.
  • Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their cleaning and janitorial service needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Conduct site visits and provide pricing estimates.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.


  • 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience in the commercial cleaning industry.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent written, verbal and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the territory’s business community and industries.
