Senior Account Manager – Exhibits, Events & Environments

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, overseeing the successful execution of trade shows, events or experiential marketing campaigns, and fostering strong, long-term relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker, a creative problem-solver, and a collaborative leader who can navigate the dynamic landscape of trade shows and events.


  • Serve as support to Account Executives in executing client programs.
  • Coordinate meetings/schedules, and understand client goals, objectives, and brand positioning to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Project leadership: end-to-end execution from quotes, timelines, budgets, design, and kick-off, through production and shipping.
  • Efficiently communicate project status with internal teams and clients
  • Manage/oversee show services.
  •  Conduct post-event evaluations to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Gather client feedback and implement improvements for future projects.
  • Travel as needed.

Creative Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the creative and design teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
  • Ensure that experiential activations align with client branding and messaging.


  • Anticipate and address challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement effective solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project success.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in experiential marketing, trade show management, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong understanding of the trade show and events industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
