National Account Executive – Paving
The National Account Executive will be responsible for developing new business in the Paving Division by building relationships with key decisions makers to end-user accounts such as Retail, Restaurant, Banking, Healthcare, Hospitality, Multifamily, Senior Living, Commercial and other related verticals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop lead list and utilize current rolodex and/or cold-call to contact decision makers in Facilities and Construction Departments.
- Collaborate with the client and internal teams to design and present comprehensive solutions that address specific client needs.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both the client and the company.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of services.
- Attend industry Tradeshows
- Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales of Paving Services.
- Direct experience calling on multi-unit, multi-site clientele in Retail, Restaurants, etc.
- Experience covering a territory of 10+ states and willingness to travel nationally.
- Self-driven and tenacious.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume role.
- Excellent written, verbal and time management skills.
