Elisha has been an essential member of the MetroSeek team since she joined in 2017. Working exclusively in the Facilities Maintenance and Construction Services Industries, Elisha is arguably the most decorated recruiter in her niche. She was the first and only recruiter ever selected for the International Sign Association’s Elite 35 under 35 Program. She’s served on Connex’s Young Professional Committee since its inception and was, again, the first and only recruiter ever nominated for Connex’s prestigious YP of the Year award for her contributions to the industry.

Elisha has partnered with many leaders to successfully help them complete very difficult searches. She has also become a trusted career consultant to hundreds of industry professionals who want to learn more about career opportunities for themselves.

Elisha has Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Ramapo College. In her free time, she can be found at the Stone Pony or Starland Ballroom, especially if a Ska band is playing. She is the one in the middle of the mosh-pit.
