Michael Jukofsky


In 2000, Mike started his career in Executive Search. He spent 14 years working for one of the world’s largest firms, which had offices in over 40 countries. During his time at the company, Mike received several accolades, including Rookie of the Year, and Pacesetter for 13 consecutive years. He was also honored with the Top 10 International Solo and Team Account Executive of the Year award multiple times.

In 2014, Mike founded MetroSeek with the belief that relationships are more important than simply making placements. He prides himself on getting to know his clients and candidates on a personal and professional level, forming relationships that have lasted nearly 20 years. As a result, Mike has been involved in over 1300 successful searches. Mike is highly involved in his niche markets and was the first recruiter to become a member, sponsor, and recognized by several professional trade associations in which he remains active.

Mike earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Ithaca College. When he isn’t working, he can be found at a baseball diamond, football field, or hardcourt, cheering on his two boys in their travel sports.
