SR. Account Manager – Signage/Fixtures/Displays

The Senior Account Manager will serve as the primary client-facing lead across multiple fast-paced programs, managing projects from initial concept through production and installation. This individual must be highly comfortable in a client-facing, solutions-driven environment, while also possessing strong technical capability in Adobe Illustrator to review, adjust, and refine visual presentations and renderings.

This is not a purely administrative account role—this position requires someone who can interpret client feedback and immediately translate it into updated visuals, making real-time edits to layouts and presentations while maintaining accuracy, brand standards, and tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-pressure environment managing multiple locations and simultaneous project timelines, often supporting national rollout programs with aggressive turnaround expectations.

They partner with corporate, QSRs, retail, hospitality, and multi-location brands to design, produce, and install cohesive visual systems at scale. Work includes architectural signage, wayfinding, environmental graphics, and branded interiors, delivered through fast-paced, detail-driven rollout programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Manage multiple environmental graphics and signage projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate directly with clients, architects, designers, and construction teams
  • Modify and update presentation renderings and layouts in Adobe Illustrator based on client feedback
  • Incorporate signage packages, branding updates, color revisions, and environmental updates into existing visual concepts
  • Support fast-paced, multi-location rollout programs with tight deadlines
  • Partner closely with internal teams including design, estimating, engineering, production planning, and operations
  • Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards, project scope, and client expectations
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverable milestones
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain a high level of detail while juggling competing priorities under pressure

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, or Client Services
  • Background in one or more of the following industries:
    • Environmental Graphics / Signage
    • Retail Fixtures / Millwork
    • Branded Environments
    • Trade Shows & Exhibits
    • Architectural Interiors or Experiential Design
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required)
  • Proven ability to make edits to layouts, presentations, or visual renderings
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating across multiple departments
