National Account Sales Executive – Branding, Signage + Millwork

We are seeking an experienced National Account Executive with a proven track record of developing and growing strategic accounts within the branded environments, signage, millwork, or fixture industries. This is a high-impact role focused on identifying new business opportunities while expanding relationships with national accounts across the QSR, healthcare, and food service sectors.

The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional who understands complex, multi-location branding programs and has experience selling custom interior signage, architectural millwork, fixtures, or related interior solutions.

Company Overview

Our client is a nationally recognized manufacturer of custom branded environments, specializing in interior signage, architectural millwork, fixtures, and visual branding solutions. They partner with some of the country’s most recognizable brands to design, fabricate, and install high-quality interior environments for quick-service restaurants (QSR), healthcare systems, food service, hospitality, retail, and other commercial markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and secure new national/up and coming regional accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including facilities, construction, procurement, marketing, and design teams.
  • Drive revenue growth by selling custom interior signage, branding, architectural millwork, fixtures, and related solutions.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and project handoff.
  • Collaborate with internal estimating, design, engineering, project management, and operations teams to deliver successful customer solutions.
  • Grow existing accounts by identifying additional opportunities across multiple locations and divisions.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue objectives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business development or national account sales experience.
  • Experience selling interior signage, branded environments, architectural millwork, store fixtures, custom fabrication, or related products.
  • Existing relationships within QSR, healthcare, food service, hospitality, retail, or commercial construction markets are highly preferred.
  • Proven success developing new business while managing strategic customer relationships.
  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities in various stages of the sales cycle.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and business development efforts.
