Project Manager – FM – Healthcare Equipment Installations

Currently seeking Project Managers to lead large-scale hospital equipment installation projects across the U.S. These roles manage high-volume deployments in active healthcare environments, coordinating schedules, teams, and logistics to ensure safe, on-time, high-quality execution. This is a remote role with ~50% travel.

They specialize in complex installation projects delivered with precision, safety, and operational excellence. Due to continued growth, multiple organizations are hiring experienced Project Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end hospital equipment installation projects
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, subcontractors, and installation teams
• Oversee installations involving thousands of products per facility
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact
• Track budgets, timelines, and project milestones
• Resolve project issues to avoid delays and disruptions
• Ensure compliance with hospital and safety standards
• Provide project updates and maintain documentation
• Travel nationally to support installations

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience in healthcare equipment or large-scale installations
• Experience managing complex, high-volume installation projects
• Strong scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PM tools
• Willingness to travel ~50% nationally
• West of Mississippi preferred
