Account Executive – FM – Multifamily

We are seeking Sales Executives in the Charlotte area to drive new business with multifamily property management companies and real estate investment firms. This role focuses on building relationships, developing a pipeline, and closing new accounts across apartment portfolios.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business with multifamily operators and investment firms
  • Build relationships with property management decision-makers
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Present service solutions tailored to multifamily portfolios
  • Maintain pipeline and CRM activity
  • Partner with operations for service execution
  • Attend industry events and networking functions

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sales experience calling on multifamily property management or investment firms
  • Proven track record selling into apartment operators or real estate portfolios
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
  • Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently
  • Self-driven and results-oriented
  • Based in or near Charlotte, NC preferred
