Construction Sales Executive

We are seeking results-driven Construction Sales Executives based in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or New York. These roles focus on selling commercial fit-outs, refreshes, and remodel services to a wide range of clients, including universities, landlords, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, retail, restaurants, retirement communities, apartments, mixed-use developments, storage facilities, and industrial properties.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter with strong experience in construction-related sales—either from a general contractor or a provider of refresh, remodel, or facility services. This role requires building a pipeline, developing new logos, and cultivating relationships with decision-makers across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities for commercial fit-outs, remodels, and facility services.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and high-value projects.
  • New Client Acquisition: Develop strategies to secure new accounts while nurturing existing relationships.
  • Client Engagement: Meet with facility directors, property managers, C-suite executives, and other decision-makers to present tailored solutions.
  • Industry Focus: Serve clients across universities, hospitals, landlords, pharma, retail, restaurants, apartments, retirement communities, mixed-use developments, storage facilities, and industrial properties.
  • Strategic Selling: Deliver consultative proposals demonstrating value, ROI, and alignment with client objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with estimating, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless handoff from sales to execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in commercial construction, remodel, refresh, or facility services sales.
  • Track record of building pipelines, acquiring new logos, and closing high-value projects.
  • Strong understanding of client decision-making processes across multiple sectors.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Based in DE, PA, NJ, or NY with ability to travel locally as needed.
