Sr. Account Executive – Trade Shows/Events

We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Account Executive with deep experience in selling custom trade show exhibits and experiential marketing solutions. In this role, you will lead the charge in building and managing client relationships, uncovering opportunities, and selling high-impact exhibit programs. You’ll act as a strategic partner to your clients—guiding them from concept through execution—and work cross-functionally with internal creative, design, and production teams to bring spaces to life.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong relationships and a deep knowledge of trade shows who’s ready to make an impact at a nimble, creative, and client-first organization.

This is a remote position, but the ideal candidate will be based in Central FL or the Southeast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, target, and close new business opportunities in the trade show and live events space.

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, uncovering upsell and renewal opportunities.

  • Lead the sales process from initial contact through proposal development, budgeting, and contract negotiation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams—design, project management, and production—to ensure client goals and timelines are met.

  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and pitch materials that clearly communicate value and creative solutions.

  • Stay current on industry trends, key trade shows, and competitor activity.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts.

  • Travel to client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as needed.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5–10+ years of sales experience in custom trade show exhibits, experiential marketing, or branded environments.

  • Proven track record of securing and growing high-value accounts.

  • Strong understanding of exhibit design, production timelines, materials, and show regulations.

  • Confident communicator and negotiator with strong presentation skills.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex projects and timelines.

  • Strong industry network is a plus.

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Ability and willingness to travel for business development and client support.
