Amanda Roomey


Since joining MetroSeek in 2018 as a National Search Consultant, Amanda has become a driving force behind the firm’s continued growth and success. Her dedication and consistent performance led to her promotion to Director of Visual Communications & Branded Environments, and she was also named Marketing Manager, overseeing MetroSeek’s Marketing and Social Media initiatives.

Amanda partners with hiring managers to identify, evaluate, and secure top-tier talent within her niche industries. While she recruits across the POP display, store fixture, commercial print, and signage sectors, she developed a particular passion for the trade show and event industry—observing that people often “fall into it by accident, but stay in it on purpose.” Known for her relationship-driven approach, Amanda is committed to helping clients build strong teams and guiding exceptional professionals through meaningful career transitions. She has successfully sourced, recruited, and placed candidates with dozens of companies nationwide, while continuously expanding MetroSeek’s network of trusted client partners.

Outside of work, Amanda can be found at the gym, cruising on her Dyna Low Rider, or tearing through the trails on her quad. She enjoys spending time with her husband, their Frenchies—Chase and Milli—and her nieces and nephews.
