Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead sales efforts, expand client base, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in signage, graphics, print, or related fields, with a proven track record in sales and experience engaging with the architecture and design (A&D) community.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new accounts, cultivating strong relationships to drive sales closure.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads, while nurturing existing client relationships to foster growth.
  • Lead proposal efforts, collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate scope, estimates, and timely delivery of information to clients.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of current and future engagements.
  • Exceed sales targets through proactive sales initiatives and relationship-building.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, the company, and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Keep internal teams informed and updated on project status and client communications.
  • Create compelling marketing materials to support sales efforts.
  • Conduct competitive research and stay abreast of industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel regionally or nationally, as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in business development within a commercial printer or fabrication company.
  • 4+ years in a leadership capacity, overseeing teams for project success.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to architects, designers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, willing to support colleagues and step in when needed.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
