Senior Project Executive – Digital Signage

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Executive to lead a digital signage division, fostering both new and existing client partnerships within the architecture and design (A&D) and general contracting (GC) communities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution, from initial scope definition to final delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with new and existing client partners to showcase digital capabilities and educate them on product offerings and company capabilities.
• Collaborate with client partners to efficiently and effectively develop their digital signage needs and scopes of work.
• Conduct weekly meetings to oversee project status and plans, providing updates to senior management and coordinating with all internal teams as necessary.
• Attend both client and internal meetings to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project timelines to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Partner with the Business Development team to prepare for new and upcoming projects and initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and forecasting.
• Collaborate with team leads to maintain efficient processes and achieve project goals.
• Serve as a liaison between the company and clients, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital signage projects.
• Demonstrated success in leading and coordinating internal teams for project execution.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Exceptional work ethic and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel regionally or nationally, as required.
• Proficiency in reading design intent documents and construction plans.
• Familiarity with G Suite and other project management tools.
• Extremely organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
