Account Manager – Visual Communications

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to support and grow client relationships within the signage and visual communications space (print, graphics, displays, permanent fixtures). This role is responsible for overseeing multiple projects from concept through completion, ensuring a high level of service, organization, and execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, and works effectively cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, project management) and external vendors to execute projects seamlessly
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders throughout each project lifecycle
  • Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management within signage, visual communications, print, or a related industry
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Illustrator
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail

  • In-office role based in North New Jersey
