Senior Logistics Manager – Construction Services
The Senior Logistics Manager will oversee a team of 6–7 logistics professionals while managing a national network of warehouse partners. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing freight operations, and supporting project estimating through a hands-on, operational approach. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong logistics expertise and the ability to drive efficiency across a complex national distribution network. National travel is required as needed.

Our clients are growing national organizations in the construction services and project delivery space, managing complex logistics networks across multiple warehouse partners and job sites throughout the U.S. They are seeking experienced logistics leaders to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure seamless material flow across nationwide projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a logistics team of 6–7 staff members
- Manage warehouse and 3PL partner relationships
- Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and freight coordination
- Support project estimating with cost and logistics input
- Optimize freight flow, inventory movement, and delivery schedules
- Track shipments, reporting, and documentation accuracy
- Partner with project management on execution and timelines
- Travel nationally as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations experience
- Leadership experience managing teams (5+ direct reports preferred)
- Experience with 3PLs, warehouse networks, or distribution environments
- Strong understanding of freight coordination and inventory flow
- Hands-on estimating or project-based logistics experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel nationally
- Based in or near Dallas, TX required
