National Account Sales – Healthcare Systems

As a National Account Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and market reach within the healthcare vertical. We are seeking driven, professional, and entrepreneurial National Account Sales Executives who have previously sold construction services, installation services or furniture, fixtures, flooring, signage, and/or print.


  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to identify, target, and secure new opportunities with IDNs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors and end users within healthcare systems.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and present customized solutions that meet their specific needs and budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience selling FF&E solutions to the healthcare industry.
  • Strong network of contacts within the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A willingness to travel 50% of the time or as required.
