National Sales – QSRs

As a National Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and developing relationships with Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) selling creative services, fixtures, furniture, millwork, and décor to fully design-built interiors.


Market Research and Targeting:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential QSR clients and understand industry trends.
  • Attend tradeshows and other industry-related events for networking and new business opportunities.
  • Develop a targeted approach to reach decision-makers of up-and-coming or growing QSRs.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in QSRs, including owners, managers, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to tailor solutions that meet and exceed expectations.

Product Presentation and Demonstration:

  • Effectively present and demonstrate creative services and manufacturing capabilities to C-suite audiences.
  • Showcase the unique value propositions and benefits of products and services.

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and optimize overall sales strategies.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Skillfully negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Close sales transactions and ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including design, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Provide feedback from clients to contribute to product and service improvement.


  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in a national or regional capacity.
  • Proven experience selling creative services, branding, fixtures, furniture, millwork or décor to QSRs
  • Strong understanding of the QSRs
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally as required.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets.
